I founded and scaled two international businesses in the pharma services niche, and sold a big chunk of one of them to a private equity partner. I’ve also hosted 250 plus episodes of the Molecule to Market podcast, so this whole podcasting malarky is not my first rodeo.
Now I’m living the post-exit transition in real time. Going from the intensity and relentlessness of a scaling founder to a more tranquil second curve that feels less fun and purposeful some days… but a lot less stressful. I’m investing, advising, and also building community as Toronto Chapter Lead at PEF (Post Exit Founders).
I created NexChapter because I wanted to share what I’ve learned but also amplify it through the wisdom of founders who have been there, done the deal, and are now figuring out what comes next. These are the conversations I wish I had, or heard earlier. Practical, no nonsense wisdom with relaxed delivery. The kind that would have helped me build value quicker and smarter.
