THE TRUCKING TECH MOAT
Andrew co-founded workforce engagement platform WorkHound with Max Farrell in 2015. He grew the company as its CTO through 2023 before stepping away from day-to-day operations. He remained on the board of directors until WorkHound's recent acquisition by WorkStep. From 2023 through 2025, he served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Iowa State University's Startup Factory, supporting early-stage entrepreneurs.
